At House of Nature in Lommel, Will Beckers talks about what inspired him and the relationship between art, nature, and the environment. As an artist, he specializes in creating site-specific, natural installations that explore the relationship between people and the natural world.
His projects can be found in public spaces and invite the public to interact with and experience the artwork.
During a short guided walk, we will also explore the immediate surroundings. Veerle Leysen (Heritage Lommel) and Eddy Ulenaers (forest ranger at Nature and Forest) will each provide further explanation about the area from their respective areas of expertise.
